Keyport Italian Festival

Interested in being a sponsor?
We are looking for sponsors who are willing to support this event. Sponsors will have their logo on a t-shirt and banner. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to place an item (small gift or flyer) in the swag bags given out on the day of the event. Sponsorship fee is $100. Please fill out the form and email your logo to events@osdianj.com.
Interested in being a vendor?
We are currently accepting applications for vendors. If you are interested in renting a space or have a food truck and want to be part of our event, please fill out the form. Once approved, we will reach out with details and guidelines.
Pricing:
Food Trucks and Vendors (10ft x 10ft space) $300*
Food Trucks and Vendors (15ft x 10ft space) $400*
Table Vendor (1 table up to 8ft) $150*
*Note: Price includes fees assessed by the Fire Marshal and Board of Health.
Things to Note:
- Festival Hours: 12pm-7pm All vendors are required to be "open for business" during all hours of operation.
- All spaces are pre-assigned. Location #s and set up time will be sent to you September 2nd. Setup times start at 8am and will be assigned based on location and type of vendor.
- You must supply your own tables, tents, chairs and display units.
- No water is provided.
- Electricity will not be provided by the Festival. Generators are permitted.
